Scholarship Fundraiser

Mosh for youth is a fundraiser HC and Punk org to build scholarship money for high school seniors of East LA and Pomona.
We believe in the power of the HC community when coming together to help communities in needs.
We know that the cost of college tuition and materials, such as books, is often what gets in the way of low income students pursuing a college degree. The communities of Pomona and East LA have lower college degree attainment rates than the national and state averages. This is not for lack of ability, but for lack of resources.
We want to help. We want to alleviate the stress of money for students that want to pursue college. We know that we may not be able to cover tuition, but covering a semester or year of books would help out immensely.
As for me, I am the vocalist of Barrio Slam, a Pomona native, and currently a high school senior teacher in East LA. HC and Education are both my passions and have been for most of my life. Thank you for your help. Donate if you can.
